Messages of condolence

Rest in peace Richard. You were the warmest, kindest man anyone could hope to meet, and you can’t even begin to imagine how good you always made people feel. You lit up the room, the badminton hall, and the football touchline. You will be greatly missed, and your parting has left a massive hole in the Risborough community. You are truly one of Risborough’s greatest, and our thoughts and prayers go out to Joy, Andrew, Steven and the wider Woodward family. Our loss is heaven’s gain.

Mr Ian Wright

A nicer, lovelier man you couldn't wish to meet. Richard, our badminton buddy and friend. Always smiling and quick to share his advice, knowledge and wit. We will miss you. Rest in peace.

I met Richard walking the dog in the park and I loved going to Risborough Rangers where I'd get a warm greeting from him and Andy. I'll miss Richard in the park in the mornings. He was one in a million.
